Check out the spicy American Beer Sausage.  This sausage is mild, with very little vinegar taste.  It has a soft texture and no casing.  It has a great taste and is true to it's name sake - goes great with a cold one (of something with bubbles ;)  We like to open up a jar of these great pickled sausages and plan the weekend festivities, because they usually involve another jar or two of these pickled perfection.  Soft texture, no casing.  Please note that each pint jar contains net weight of 10 ounces of sausages.
