the 2.5 lb jar of pigs feet are not as meaty as the4 1 gal jars mostly bones,grissel, the taste was ok, but the feet were smaller in size & less meat, as i have no teeth it was very laborous to chew off the bones, so if i reorder i will try the 1/2 gal size of hocks, they should be more meaty ,, marv..

These were so good! These reminded me of when I use to eat them as a young girl. In fact, they tasted the same as when I was a young girl. Only wished I had ordered the gallon size. They were fresh and crisp. Very, very good!
