Great taste, firm not mushy. Could stand to be a little spicier. Came in the mail within a few days of placing the order. Some vendors can't do as good.

Delisious I had pickled pigs feet sense I was a kid and they still taste as good as I remember them. It's a craving I can't kick.

The gallon jar we received seemed that the feet were a bit soft / mushy , normally we always buy the Hormel small jars and put in a couple Thai hot peppers for a few days. 1 gallon jar and shipping makes this kinda expensive but we wanted to try them since they sounded so dang good.

We are really enjoying the quality of Pickled Peg's Feet. Whole pigs feet that hold together. Can't find any that compare in the city of Houston, TX. Glad you are there for us that crave this kind of food. Hope you stay there for us. The only negative is the shipping charge.
