These are the real deal! Pickled Pork Hocks that will satisfy your need for a quality hock that has been hand prepared and pickled for your enjoyment. These hocks are perfectly seasoned with a secret blend of authentic Cajun spices. The recipe has been in the family for 3 generations. Hocks come in two sizes: Gallon (4 lbs net weight) and Quart (18 oz net weight).
Note: If you want the full, bone-in hock, make sure to order the gallon size since the larger jar mouth opening accommodates the full hock. The smaller quart jars can only accommodate smaller pieces. It's the same recipe, just full size bome-in hocks in the gallon container. Quart hocks are boneless and not the full hock. We get as much in there as we can.
