Matt & Dana Pickled Pork Hocks - 16 ozs

Nothing but the skin and fat that surrounds the actually meat of the hock. There was maybe one big hock of meat broken up in 5-6 little pieces and the rest was garbage. Never again with this brand 0 stars SMH I can't believe it

The hocks were very tender and tasty. I have ordered them before and the are very consistent in high quality.

I was very pleased with the product. I read a few comments that advised there wasn't enough meat but I didn't feel that way at all. My jars were very well balanced. And the flavor was AMAZING. Some products I have purchased taste heavily of vinegar. I usually have to sprinkle them with a little salt to eat but these were absolutely perfect. It was just like the hocks I remember getting as a child. We will definitely purchase these again...

Package arrived a little while ago. Within a few minutes, opened one jar, tasted same. Actually I ate half a jar in a few minutes. Not bad. (For me that's a rave) Thanks, Dave

They're good. A little more meat and less fat/skin would be nice. But like pizza, you get used to your favorite pizza/Italian restaurant and none can meet their taste/standards.

So unbelievably disappointed in this product it was nothing but fat and skin and a few pieces of meat and it all fell apart it was just terrible. absolutely not edible will never buy that again. Should get my money back *****The Pickled Store comment***** The quart jar (1 lb) of hocks is bits and pieces of the hock. If you would like the full, bone in hock, please order the gallon (4 lb) container.

I've long been a fan of pickled pork hocks, but for years had a tough time finding a high quality, tasty, yet affordable product. Other brands offer either tiny jars with tiny pieces of meat that don't taste good, or large jars with nothing but chunks of meat that is way too tough to chew and enjoy. Matt & Dana's are head and shoulders above those two brands in terms of quantity and quality. I prefer the 16 ounce jars without the bone. I wish I'd found these years earlier, and I'll be buying more yet again really soon.
