Very good eggs, but I like mine with a spice to them.

Awesome - always awesome...

I prefer these red eggs over the Cajun style pickled eggs I tried previously. They are mild and enjoyable to eat. I found myself wanting to eat two at a time, even though I've not been a lifelong fan of pickled eggs. I was even able to get my wife (a Southern transplant from the Midwest) to eat a couple with me. I'll definitely be buying more!
