Excellant taste and pickling spices used will buy again

I was disappointed that the jar was only two-three filled with eggs. The eggs were a little rubbery and not much yolk in them. *****The Pickled Store comment***** Matt & Dana puts 4 pounds of eggs into every gallon container. We have asked them to put 4.5 or 5 pounds into each container like others, but this is their choice. Yes, it could definitely be more full in our opinion as well.

I found these 10 years ago in a Big Star grocery store in Louisiana when I was there for work and enjoyed immensely. I then changed careers and moved back home to Texas and could not find them anywhere. I decided to do some googling one day, and found these exact pickled eggs at The Pickled Store and immediately bought a 4 Lb. jar. My wife was not impressed with me. But it didn't matter, because I had the hot pickled eggs I had missed for so long. These have a wonderful flavor and the spice is an accent rather than an overbearing heat. 5/5 perfect pickled eggs and great buying experience.

Since moving to California from Louisiana 5 years ago I have only been able to get my hands on these once a year when I would visit my family. I have been rationing myself to one every other day at most to make them last lol. Thank you so much!
