Great Sausages!
I've been looking long and hard to find a replacement for my beloved Pisano sausages, I think these may be it. Same smokey, spicy flavor and very satisfying. Not quite as firm as a Pisano, but very good sausages.

Note: The gallon container has 4 pounds of sausages which is approximately 36 sausages. The quart jar contains 1 pound of sausages which is approximately 7 1/2 sausages.
