Penrose Big Mama Pickled Sausage - 12 Singles

I've been a fan of Big Mama's Pickled sausage for years but cant find any locally any longer, so I'm happy I found the Pickle Store. Just tried Bobo's pickle quail eggs and find them very tasty. I look forward to trying other products from the Pickle Store.

The taste is what I was hoping for. The Matt & Dana Pickled Smoked Sausage is 100% pork and does not have a casing. It is our 2nd most popular sausage. Choose well! The price was way to high and the taste was just awful. I will not buy this product anymore...

The Big Mamma singles are great reminded me of the Penrose pickled sausages of my youth.

Why not pack them in big jars like the old times,they was the best.

It was wonderful to find these sausages after years of searching for Penrose in jars. They are exactly what I remember and I will continue to supply my reminiscent needs!

Ahhhh yes; these take me back some years. I think it's the same thing I used to buy when I was growing up and you could find them in the convenience stores, only these sausages seem to be a little bigger and I think the name of the ones I used to get was Hot Mama, but I could be wrong about the name. In any case, these sausages have a nice spice to them, good texture with the meat, and just the right touch with the pickling process.
