Product Overview

We stumbled across these one day in Gautier, Mississippi, took one bite, and immediately became believers.

These Stuart’s Cajun Dill Beans are homemade, hand-packed, wonderfully crisp, and full of that Southern flavor you just do not find sitting on every grocery store shelf. In fact, you will not find them anywhere else online except right here.

And that is part of the charm.

Each jar is made for maximum flavor and that snappy, crispy texture that makes pickled beans so dangerously easy to eat. They have just enough Cajun kick to get your attention, but not so much that you need to call for backup. Even mere mortals can handle these.

The spice blend is bold, tangy, and mysterious in all the right ways. We have not figured it out, and the Stuarts are not giving up the recipe anytime soon. That is fine with us. We are better at eating them than reverse-engineering them anyway.

These beans make a fantastic snack, a memorable gift, and a perfect addition to parties, cookouts, Bloody Marys, charcuterie boards, or that quiet little fridge raid you were hoping nobody noticed.

Stuart’s Cajun Dill Beans
Crisp, Southern, handmade, and packed with personality.

    Oh, So Good!!!

I fell for these on a recent visit to New Orleans and knew I couldn't bring them back on the plane (too large for TSA regulations) so I ran a search and found them here at the Pickled Store. Ordered 3 jars and will likely have to order more before the holidays. Yes, I go through them that fast. Yes, they are spicy, crunchy, and make even the most boring Bloody Mary a knockout cocktail. Great price and very fast shipping.

    My feelings . . .

Really different, and I like the change from pickled eggs and beets. Okra is next in line to try and review for you. How about cauliflower?

Best Pickled Thing I Have EVER Had!!!!!

Even if you don't like Cajun, even if you don't like beans, even if you don't like "Southern" things, you'll LOVE these picked beans. Even before I chilled them (couldn't wait that long to test them), they tasted GREAT. Chilled is even better. They are CRUNCHY and the spices are perfect! To me they are like a cross between a great Deli half sour and a wonderful garlic dill with unique spices. They really have figured out the perfect mix of spices. Just a touch of "hot". Not enough to burn; just enough hot to be tasty. Can't wait to try them on a burger! Make a dirty martini with these. Roll in prosciutto with cream cheese for high tea or TV snacks. WOW!! I'm getting all kinds of ideas. Football season is gonna be great this year !! So happy we found these. They are delicious. Do we recommend? Oh, Yeah, you bet you're pickles we do!!!

Thanks, I was really happy to find you online. My girlfriend is from Mississippi and loves your pickled beans in particular. I think she almost lived on them when she lived down south. We have searched every store in Columbia Missouri and nobody sells pickled beans. Thanks again!
